Construction Process

Here we see the process of dry-fitting the parts, with two different sized biscuits to help with gluing and rubber barrels for top expansion. The pieces are then  glued and clamped (as shown below).

Here, the box has been glued and clamped squarely.

The 1-inch Spanish cedar boards have been ripped in half and are now in the drying stage to be used for the inside of your  humidors.

The construction of every Delorme Humidor is a careful step-by-step process, all by hand, using the finest selection of available local and exotic woods, and completed with a hand-rubbed finish.
